• Before December 20, 2026 (23:59 KST): Refund available, less an administrative fee (10% of registration fee or USD 100, whichever is greater) and applicable transaction costs.

• After December 20, 2026: No refunds are available in principle. Deferral to the next event may be considered upon submission of supporting documentation.
